Master Bedroom suite: The master bedroom suite contains a king size bed, walk‐in robe, TV and a full en‐suite bathroom with quality fittings, granite finishes and hair dryer. The Master Bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to a private balcony enabling you to wake up to breathtaking  ocean views.
Second Bedroom: The second bedroom has a queen bed and a built‐in robe and direct access to the main bathroom. This bedroom has views to the canals and God Coast hinterland.
Third Bedroom: The third bedroom contains two single beds and has a built‐in robe. This room also has views to the hinterland.
Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to main bedroom; main bathroom has hand basin with granite finishes, bathtub, shower, toilet and hair dryer. There is also a guest powder room near the main entrance.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in apartment 1264 (which is located on the 26th floor in Tower #1). The look and feel of the place was welcoming and comfortable and clean, and we felt right at home in no time! There are magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean from the balcony and stunning views of the surrounding area from every window. Everything in the apartment worked well, and I have to say it was a bit of treat having access to every Foxtel channel. The air-conditioning (on two separate controllers) was superb even though we only used it sparingly. Sometimes we used it to just take a bit of the humidity out of the air, and that worked brilliantly. The beds were very comfortable and the configuration of the bedrooms was for us ideal. The 14 year old got his own bedroom (with a double bed) and the two younger ones (10 & 8) shared a bedroom (as they do at home) with two single beds. The master bedroom was lovely with a somewhat small yet highly functional en-suite. The shower in the en-suite was fabulous – instant and long lasting hot water with above average water pressure. The kitchen had everything in it you could want and need (we cooked on a few occasions during our stay), and although the lower shelf on the inside of the fridge door was missing, it really didn’t cause us any concern. In addition to the apartment itself the Chevron Renaissance facilities were wonderful. There are 3 pools to choose from (the heated indoor pool in particular was our favourite!) and BBQ’s surrounding the beach pool to use (which we did). Having cafes and restaurants and shops (including a Coles supermarket) literally at the bottom of the Chevron Renaissance complex was extremely handy. Only one word of advice… we noticed on the Saturday night that the noise coming from the nightclubs nearby was quite bothersome, so be prepared for it. I had thought being on the 26th floor that any noise would be minimal, but I was sadly mistaken. Anyway, I guess that’s what happens when you stay smack in the middle of Surfers – you have to expect some noise – it’s a busy place! And lastly, I have to say Tony and his team at GCHR were fabulous. Whenever I asked a question I got an almost immediate reply. They were a delight to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
