2 Bedroom Surfers Paradise accommodation at surprisingly affordable rates

When booking a Gold Coast holiday, Surfers Paradise is the most sought after destination. But with so many Surfers Paradise accommodation options, finding a quality apartment at a budget price can be a daunting task. 

 

For a small family, Apartment 2137 at Chevron Renaissance is a great choice. This 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 13th Floor of Skyline North Tower 2 and is both spacious and modern. Luxurious living and ultimate comfort are the hallmarks of a Chevron Renaissance apartment. Not only that, all apartments offers superb views of Surfers Paradise and the Gold Coast hinterland. At a low $AU230 a night, Apartment 2137 is much cheaper than a hotel room, yet provides so much more.

The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom contains two single beds. Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and feature built-in closets with mirrored doors. This Surfers Paradise accommodation is designed to sleep four people however you can request an extra foldaway bed if you have an extra family member staying with you. It will sleep up to five.

The bathroom has a granite finish bathtub, shower, toilet and hand basin.

The balcony is accessible through the master bedroom and the living area. There are balcony chairs available so you can sit back and relax while admiring the stunning views of the golden beaches of Surfers Paradise.

The apartment has plenty of living space and even more features. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV fitted with Foxtel Premium, a DVD player and a sound system. The adjacent dining area seats four people. The kitchen is complete with a range hood, oven, cook top and many more features. Linen and towels are supplied and complete laundry facilities are available. Additionally, Apartment 2137 offers guests free and unlimited Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the duration of their stay.

This four-and-a-half star resort lies in the heart of Surfers Paradise and comes packed with great facilities that children and parents alike will love. Chevron Renaissance takes the safety of its residents and their guests very seriously. The entire resort is gated and only residents with a keyset can enter. Car parking is undercover and secure. Access to your Surfers Paradise accommodation is also secure as the private lifts will only allow entry to the residential floor on which you are staying. An intercom system enables you to allow visitors to enter. The internal chain locks in your apartment main door and balcony door provide your family with added peace of mind. All apartments are fitted with a sprinkler system and smoke detector for fire protection.

This apartment met our expectations in what was described. The apartment was clean, and facilities good for a family trip to Gold Coast. The location was ideal, smack bang in the middle of Surfers with everything literally on your doorstep. The on-site facilities were good, although the pools were a little cold at this time of year to spend much time in. There were a couple of things that impacted our stay – including some minor maintenance issues (such as missing light covers and broken microwave), insufficient ‘starter’ supplies and some noise problems. The apartment is not well noise-proofed and we could hear a lot of noise from apartments adjacent and above, as well as noise from the garbage chute (immediately behind the headboard of the main bedroom) and traffic noise 24/7 on the busy road outside – don’t forget some earplugs! Other than that, stay was enjoyable and good value for what you get.

Fantastic property
Absolutely stunning looking building and easy to access the car park with enough signage. Easy access to elevators and what a view from the room. Great views of the Hinterland and the river directly behind the building. The variety for food and entertainment was endless and only a short walk to Cavil mall.

The apartment is clean and looks exactly like what you see online. Good thing Coles is located within the same building. Really need the convenience as we had to buy our toilet paper (only 1 roll provided for 6 nights was not enough), oil and condiments for cooking which we had to throw away when we left the apartment. We were told to collect the keys anytime after 1.45pm and we did so at only around 3.30pm. Went to the apartment and the cleaning ladies were still there and we had to wait till about 4pm for the apartment to be ready. They warned us not to leave any rubbish behind as we could be charged, that was why we threw away all our new and leftover oil, condiments, pizzas, milk, butter, toilet rolls etc.
Apartment has secured parking and a lot allocated.
Couldn’t really sleep well on certain nights as the traffic noise could be heard (ambulance siren & Harley Davidson bikes).

The place was very nice, it was located at a strategic position, where I could easily walk to the beach and river-side. I like that Coles is literally downstairs of the building as well. We could walk around the whole Surfers Paradise as its just in our backyard. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good condition. The apartment was very warm even though we were in the middle of winter, this was really good as well. I was very please with my overall experience and would definitely return again.

Lovely clean apartment with comfortable furniture and well appointed kitchen. Great views over the river, afternoon sun and views of the sunset. Great facilities in and around the complex and very handy to the beach and Cavell Avenue. Would recommend to friends and family and happily stay there again. Photos are a true reflection of the apartment.
