This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has more than enough room to sleep eight people provided you order the two extra foldaway beds when you make your booking. Apartment 3302 is fully furnished and it is located on the 30th floor of Central Tower 3 of Chevron Renaissance Resort. With 124 m2 of interior living space plus 23 m2 of outdoor balcony space, there are plenty of areas for private relaxation and, in this apartment, you will certainly not be falling over one another.
The master bedroom has its own TV and private balcony that looks out over the waterfront homes out to the Gold Coast hinterland. With its own table and chairs, you have the perfect parents retreat. This room has a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en suite with a full-size bath, shower, toilet and vanity basin. You can wake up each morning to the spectacular view of Surfers Paradise. The second bedroom hosts another queen bed whilst the third bedroom has two single-beds. Both of these bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with ample hanging space and bedroom 3 has its own private balcony as well.
The living room is very spacious. The formal dining area seats six people comfortably but there is still enough room for two more people if needed. The living room ambience is relaxing and perfect for recreation during a lazy afternoon or watching your favourite movie or TV show at night.
