Moroccan Resort, Apartment 239 is everything a holiday apartment on the Gold Coast should be. It’s idyllically just across the road from the famed Surfers Paradise beaches, it’s spacious enough to accommodation a family and best of all, it’s available for a very reasonable price. You Gold Coast holiday starts the second you step foot inside this beach-side apartment.
Located on the 9th floor of the 4.5 star rated Moroccan Resort, and just 200 meters from the beach, Apartment 239 boasts of having some of the best ocean views in Surfers Paradise. This magnificent view is then enhanced by the apartment’s two private and furnished balconies.
The apartment itself is just as captivating; offering a massive 137 square meters of living space in addition to the 30 square meters of balcony. To the right of the entrance is the master quarter, which comprises of the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in robe. The bedroom contains a queen size bed and flat panel television and has private access to one of the two balconies. The ensute bathroom features a shower, toilet and wash basin.
To the left of the entry is the remainder of the apartment.
The open plan kitchen provides all the essentials need for a great night entertaining guests or enjoying time with the family. The kitchen is fully-equipped and is fitted with a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. A toaster, kettle and coffee and tea making facilities are also provided.
Beyond the kitchen is a separate dining area and large lounge that takes full advantage of the ocean views. The lounge features comfortable lounges, a flat panel television (with complementary Foxtel Premium) and provides guest with access to the main balcony. Just off the lounge is the third bedroom. It contains two single beds and also has access to the main balcony.
Off the hallway to the right lie the bathroom, laundry, powder room and second bedroom.
The bathroom features a separate bath and shower and wash basin while the powder room features a toilet and wash basin. Like the kitchen, the laundry offers all the convenience of home with a washing machine, dyer, laundry tub and ironing facilities.
The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and built in rob. It also provides access to the main balcony of the apartment.
