This iconic tower is a spectacular feat of engineering; it is after all the tallest residential building in the southern hemisphere. And at 323 metres tall, it qualifies as the third tallest residential building in the world. Completed in 2005, the innovative architecture is designed to reduce wind movement and friction around the building. The result is an open-air galleria shopping precinct beneath a glazed ribboned glass structure, with a curved façade to the street edges. The iconic tower combines elegance with functionality to create spaces that mix the soothing scene of the ocean with the convenience of urban living.

The express elevator travels from Ground to Level 77 in just 43 seconds. From the deck viewers can experience a 360° panorama stretching all the way from Brisbane in the north to Byron Bay in New South Wales to the south.
