Apartment 244, WOW. So close to everything and a fantastic view. Whale watching from the balcony was amazing. I have booked before with GCHR and will again. See you next year.

Excellent Apartment!!!!! Apartment was in a great location! Walking distance to Cavill Mall and beach was across the road. We have been holidaying at the Gold Coast for over 10 years and you could not get a cleaner better apartment for the price. We will be back!
The apartment far exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing and the complex is very secure. We had 4 adults and 2 children stay in the apartment and there was ample space for everyone. The facilities were fantastic. We will definitely book through GCHR again.

We have just left apartment 309 after a Christmas holiday of 10 nights. There were 3 adults and 2 older teenagers in the apartment and there was lots of room. The views were spectacular, the apartment very clean and laundry amenities exceeded expectations. We were surprised by the overall presentation of the whole complex and how clean and highly maintained the pools area was. The apartment had all the cooking equipment you need, comfy lounge, beds, huge main bedroom, everything. The rubbish shoot was awesome! When you walk in the view takes your breath away and you are directly opposite the main tower on the beach. It truly is exactly how it looks! Thanks Tony and GCHR for a great holiday.
Just wanted to say that I have just finished my stay in this apartment and I could not fault it. It is clean and spacious and extremely close to all amenities. If you want somewhere that you won't need a car...this is it. Large balconey for those that like to relax outside and eating laces very close by. Would absolutely recommend to friends.
We stayed with 3 adults and 3 children for 4 nights in this apartment. Positives first!!! The location was great. Couldn't ask for a better view and close to all the action. The amenities were pretty good. The negatives are that the whole building just seems run down. I'm sure once upon a time it would have been a beautiful hotel to stay at. Our room was adequate for the price we paid but needs a good paint job and some updating. We had to go and buy an antenna for the second TV in the main bedroom because it didn't have one. It only cost $3 but you shouldnt have to deal with stuff like this in a hotel!! The last thing is that the apartment smelt very strong of curry when we first arrived. We had to open all the sliding doors to ventilate the place. The GCHR staff were very good to deal with and will probably use them again when return to Surfers Paradise.
Our family 3 adults & 3 children have just returned home after staying in apartment 123 for 13 days in March 2014, all we can say is what a fantastic holiday apartment this is, very spacious and very well located for families with children. We will certainly be back next year and booking this again, would not look at booking anywhere else. This was the first time we have used GCHR and Moroccan Resort and would definitely recommend them to family and friends or anyone looking for great central located accommodation, also a big thankyou to Lynda and Tony for excellent service during our stay.
Stayed here back in December 2011 first impressions were great , such a large apartment with plenty of space. the views were amazing as they looked straight onto the beach. Overall i was really happy with this apartment being a group of teenagers just looking to relax after exams it was great and with a few improvements I think it is perfect for anyone. will definitely stay here again 8/10
Had a wonderful stay in 286 over the last week. It's clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped with fantastic views and all of the amenities you require. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, public transport and nightlife. The Moroccan is a well kept resort just metres from the beach. Thanks for a great holiday, would recommend this apartment and booking agency to anyone.

Arrived to a beautiful apartment, just as described, it is spacious, furnished very well & the view is superb. The location is perfect & the facilities in the resort are great, with quick access to everything you could need in Surfers. All communication with GCHR was easy & hassle free.
